Pantea Karimi, recipient of the City of San José Arts and Cultural Exchange Grant, in Conversation with Library Staff and Curator. Karimi designed six art workshops: A Visual Approach: The Forms in Scientific Manuscripts and a STEAM Learning Resource for teens focused on the intersection of art and science. She drew inspiration from medieval Persian scientific manuscripts and European volvelles in the collection of the Chester Beatty Library.
